Zwijndrecht Discoid Form 3
In 1973 Lucien den Arend made a series of disk-like forms. Three of them were made full size; which, at that time for him, was the human height. Two were cast in bronze: Discoid Form 1 and this one. Discoid Form Juncture 2 is still in the plaster of Paris stage, in his studio.
