Ridderkerk
The
red elliptic construction serves a dual purpose. It marks the entrance of the
school as well as it sets the theme for the further environmental sculptural
development of the school's surrounding areas. The red square acts as e
constructive base from where the elliptic curves emanate - flowing into the
straight perimeter lines which lie in tangent planes.
The color
was chosen in order to emphasize the presence of the - in effect - concrete
concept.
